When you enter a supermarket, there is usually a helpful attendant to answers your queries and guide you to the appropriate aisle. When a prospective customer arrives on your website, it’s like they are walking into your store. FAQ page is the virtual equivalent of the attendant in the online world. FAQ – Ask Questions module allows store owner to manage questions and answers in a prominent way.

Allows you to sort the questions by number of views
Ex: If a particular question is viewed by many users, it will be automatically listed first.

Simple, Functional FAQ Extension

This extension is easy-to-use, straightforward, and clean.
It was also easy to insert in a different CMS page with the instructions provided in the Q&A section.
My only (very small) request would be that, in Admin, it would be helpful if the title you see in the menu was "FAQ", or even "DCKAP FAQ" instead of just "DCKAP".

Support is fast and nice.
one of the best FAQ that i have installed.
Runs on 1.9.2
